News from Marine Reports: Online First / Early View Articles Now Available

Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,

We are pleased to announce that Marine Reports now offers Online First (Early View) publication.

Articles published in the Online First section have successfully completed the peer-review and editorial processes and have been accepted for publication. To ensure the rapid dissemination of new scientific findings, these articles are published online before being assigned to a specific journal issue.

Each Online First article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and an official online publication date, making it immediately accessible, searchable, and fully citable. Once allocated to a regular issue, the article will receive its final volume, issue, and page numbers while retaining the same DOI.

The Online First publication model enables authors to share their research with the scientific community at the earliest opportunity, significantly reducing publication time and facilitating the timely communication of important advances in Marine and Freshwater Science.
